As part of our expansion programme we are re-evaluating our platform and adding a number of new features and services, and it is therefore necessary to move a number of accounts to another server.
The new servers will be of the same or higher specification, so there’s no need to worry- you’ll receive the same high-quality hosting experience we love to provide.

- We’ll be able to offer a range of competitively-priced VPS’ (Virtual Private Servers) for the first time.

When will this take place?
We can’t give an exact timescale at the moment, but it will be within the next two weeks. We’ll send out an email just before we migrate and again once it’s done. We’ll also be posting real-time updates on our twitter page.
Will there be any downtime?
Most likely no. We’ll be transferring all accounts within a short space of time and then updating our nameservers to point to the new server. For you, the client, there will be no downtime whatsoever.
Do I have to do anything?
Nope! It’s worth checking your site is working fine once the migration has taken place, but chances are everything will go smoothly. And of course, we’ll be monitoring the transition to make sure everything is OK.
Are you moving country or something?
No. Our new facility is less than 60 miles from our existing one in London.
